Meet Natalie
Natalie Kreitmeir (Grospitch) holds a Bachelor's Degree in Art Therapy and Psychology from Mercyhurst University, giving her a deep understanding of the connection between the mind, body, and emotions.
Natalie has achieved Level 3 Reiki Master attunement and certifications in Life & Success Coaching, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Neuro-Energetics, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, TIME Techniques, The Emotional Freedom Technique, and Thai Massage. She's been a 200-hour certified yoga teacher since 2012 and a full-time coach and mentor since 2020.
Natalie's practice centers around empowering clients to access deeper levels of self-awareness by blending traditional and yogic-based methods with innovative, body-centered and subconscious techniques. She believes that the body and energy field hold untapped wisdom, and by unlocking this potential, we can achieve profound shifts on emotional, mental, and energetic levels.
